Cancellation & Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change. Please contact The Hermit Art as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, event, or workshop.

🎨 Art Workshops & Events

• 7+ days before the event: Full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees.

• Less than 7 days: No refund. Registration may be transferred to another guest or applied as a credit toward a future The Hermit Art event, when applicable.

• No-shows: No refund or credit.

• If The Hermit Art cancels an event, registered guests will receive a full refund.

✨ Tattoo Appointments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a tattoo appointment and is applied toward the final tattoo price.

• 7+ days' notice: Deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date, subject to availability.

• Less than 7 days: Deposit is forfeited.

• 48 hours or less / no-show: Deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit may be required to book another appointment.

• Custom tattoo design changes after the design has been finalized may require additional design time or fees.

Important: The Hermit Art reserves time, materials, supplies, and preparation for every booking. Our cancellation policy helps us protect that time and continue providing quality creative experiences.
